Most of our products are suitable for normal, dry, oily, combination, and sensitive skin. Each product page includes a detailed description, key ingredients, and recommended skin types to help you choose the product that best matches your skincare needs.

Yes. Our products are designed to complement a balanced skincare routine and can generally be used together. For the best results, apply products from the lightest to the richest texture—for example, serum, essence,  moisturiser, and sunscreen during your morning routine. If you have sensitive skin, introduce new products gradually and perform a patch test before full use.

3. Orders & Shipping

Everything you need to know about delivery, shipping times, tracking your order, and receiving your Apple of Youth ritual.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery typically takes around 2–5 business days after dispatch, although busy periods may occasionally cause delays. For full delivery information, please see our Shipping Policy.

Standard UK shipping is £3.99. Orders of £50 or more qualify for free UK shipping. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link so you can follow your delivery. Our tracked delivery service, Royal Mail Tracked 48, also provide delivery updates, including proof of delivery, photo where available.

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, but occasional delays can happen. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate it for you.

Yes. Apple of Youth currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. As we continue to grow, we also plan to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

4. Payments & Returns

Apple of Youth accepts major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Amazon Pay, together with any other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, and Apple of Youth does not store your full payment card details.

If your Apple of Youth order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact page. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you wish to return an eligible product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition, and should be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Opened or used skincare products cannot normally be returned for hygiene, safety and quality assurance reasons unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. We’ll notify you once your Apple of Youth refund has been issued.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. To help us assess your request quickly, please include your order number and clear photographs of the product, its packaging and any visible damage. Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to view your order history, save your details for faster checkout, and manage future purchases.

We aim to reply to all enquiries within 1–2 business days, and often much sooner. Whether you have a skincare question or need help with an order, our team will respond as quickly as possible with clear and helpful advice.

After cleansing, apply your Apple of Youth products from the lightest to the richest texture: Glow → Repair → Hydrate → Protect (SPF, morning only). Allow each layer to absorb before applying the next.

Yes. Apple of Youth products are designed for regular use as part of a simple skincare routine. Always follow the directions on each product, introduce new products gradually if needed, and apply SPF as the final step of your morning routine.

Skincare results vary from person to person. Hydration and a fresher-looking finish may be noticeable relatively quickly, while changes in the appearance of texture, radiance and uneven tone generally require consistent use over time.

Many of the products may be suitable for teenagers looking for a simple skincare routine. We recommend checking the individual product information and ingredient list, introducing products gradually, and patch testing first.
